2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 How to Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our Customer Care team:

Please provide your order ID and registered mobile number. A cancellation request is valid only after it has been confirmed by our team.

2.2 Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the order has not been dispatched
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a refund will be processed as per Section 3 below

2.3 Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled
  • If you no longer want the product, you may refuse delivery (subject to valid reasons) or follow our Return & Exchange Policy after receiving the order
  • Applicable charges for shipped orders are detailed in Section 3

2.4 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our sole discretion in cases including:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued
  • Pricing or technical errors on the website
  • Non-serviceable delivery PIN code
  • Failed payment verification
  • Suspected fraudulent or abusive orders
  • Inability to contact the customer for order verification

If we cancel your order, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders. No cancellation fee will apply in such cases.

2.5 COD Order Cancellation

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cancelled before dispatch, no payment has been collected and no refund is applicable. Repeated COD order cancellations may result in restrictions on COD eligibility for your account.

3.1 Refund for Cancelled Orders (Prepaid)

3.2 Refund for Returned Orders

Refunds for returned products are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Summary:

For Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products

  • Refund initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected at our facility
  • You will receive notification of approval or rejection via email or SMS
  • Approved refunds are credited within 7–10 working days

For Customer-Initiated Returns (Where Permitted)

  • Forward and return courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Product must be in original, unopened, and resalable condition

5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Cancellation refunds (prepaid, before dispatch): within 7 working days
  • Return refunds (after inspection): within 7–10 working days
  • COD refunds: within 7–10 working days after bank details are submitted and verified

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app again
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer — processing delays are common
  3. Verify that the bank details provided (for COD refunds) are correct
  4. If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@sagarbiotechpvtltd.in with your order ID and refund reference number (if available)

7. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued in cases where:

  • Only part of a multi-item order is eligible for return
  • The returned product shows signs of use or missing components
  • Courier or payment gateway charges apply to a shipped/cancelled order
  • A promotional discount was applied and only specific items are returned

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Seed products where germination failure is claimed after sowing
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
  • Return requests made after the 48-hour reporting window
  • Returns without required unboxing video proof
  • Orders cancelled by the customer after dispatch without returning the product

9. Payment Gateway

All prepaid payments are processed securely through Gokwik payment gateway. Refunds for prepaid orders are initiated through the same payment channel. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment networks, or Gokwik processing timelines beyond our control.

10. What You Can and Cannot Do

  • Cancel orders after dispatch without following the return process
  • Avoid the 3% payment gateway charge on prepaid cancellations
  • Avoid courier charges for orders already shipped
  • Cancel without confirmation from our customer care team
  • Claim refunds for seed germination failure after sowing

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
