9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you believe the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery:

  1. Refuse to accept the delivery

  3. Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label

We will make our best efforts to arrange a replacement or resolution at the earliest, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:
